ALL Gas Engines sold on our website are covered by warranty.
ALL warranty work, for engines bought from Gravity Bites RC, is done here in the USA.
You pay the shipping charges to get your engine to us, but as part of our customer service plan, we pay the shipping to return your engine to you.
(Only for confirmed warranty issue's)
Most of our competitor's charge shipping to and from their supplier overseas. International shipping rates can run upwards of fourty dollars, one way and can take several weeks if held up in customs.
We are very sorry but we cannot do warranty work on engines bought from other venders/sellers. Each vender/seller has a deal with their supplier and we cannot infringe on that contract. We will answer any questions you may have. If we do not know the answer, we will do our best to find the information you need.
